Steps

Steps to make Mushroom Fried Rice:

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cook all the mushrooms until cooked then drain.
  2. Add beaten eggs and scramble until cooked.
  3. Add chopped garlic, cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the rice until it is dispersed. Add the pre-cooked mushrooms.
  5. Enter the oyster sauce, red chili, soy sauce, English soy sauce, salt, pepper. then stir until smooth.

Serve fried rice with accompaniments.
